Course Overview

Incident Command System for Industrial Control Systems (ICS4ICS) has been designed to improve global Industrial Control System cyber incident management capabilities. ICS4ICS leverages the Incident Command System, as outlined by the US Government’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), for response structure, roles and interoperability. This Incident Command System has been tested operationally for more than 30 years in both emergency and non-emergency incidents and disasters.

    • What is an Industrial Control System?
    • An introduction to ICS for managing incidents.
    • An introduction to the ‘Planning P’ used in the ICS4ICS approach.
  • Session 2: Securing ICS
    • A short, interactive table-top exercise covering all aspe

  • Course Author has 30+ years of engineering experience designing Industrial Control Systems for industrial plant experience.
  • There are no pre-requisites for this course.
  • No equipment is required for this course.
  • A handbook will be provided for each student.
  • On completion a certificate is provided.
  • Attendees can earn 7 CPEs.
