These terms and conditions apply to all events fully or partly organised by Operational Security Professionals Group Limited.
- DELEGATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The online registration for our events constitutes a legally binding agreement. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information.
Cancellations must be confirmed by contacting [email protected] A £99+VAT no-show charge will be levied should you fail to attend on the day and fail to notify us of your non-attendance within two calendar days before the event at 5pm UK time. This in a accordance with the event terms and conditions.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the event or the identity of the speakers. We reserve the right to cancel any registrations that were not made by the invited guest or that do not meet our criteria if outlined for the event.
- DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
The personal information you provide upon registering for our events will be held on our own database and accessed by OSP Group and our event partners for communication purposes and event management.
- SHARING OF YOUR DATA
OSP Group hold events which bring the cyber security and business community together to allow the sharing of knowledge, experience and discussion along with networking opportunities. Some of our events will have third party vendors and supporters in attendance to allow you to engage with them. To facilitate this engagement, basic delegate information are shared with our event sponsors, supporters and exhibitors. The information we share with them includes name, email, company and job title. By signing up to attend this event you acknowledge that you make a choice to share this information and if you opt-in data will be shared.
