These terms and conditions apply to all Escape Room events fully or partly organised by Operational Security Professionals Group Limited.
- ATTENDEE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The online registration for our events constitutes a legally binding agreement. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information.
Cancellations must be confirmed by contacting [email protected] This is to allow your slot to be filled by another attendee.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the escape room scenario. We reserve the right to cancel any registrations that were not made by the invited guest or that do not meet our criteria if outlined for the escape room.
- DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
The personal information you provide upon registering for our escape room will be held on our own database and accessed by OSP Group and our event partners for communication purposes and event management.
If appropriate OSP Group may contact you to advise you of any similar events and services that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe to any of the marketing at any time. - SHARING OF YOUR DATA
OSP Group organises Escape Room events which bring the cyber security and business community together to allow the sharing of knowledge, experience and discussion along with networking opportunities. Some of our escape room events will have third party vendors and supporters in attendance to allow you to engage with them. To facilitate this engagement, basic delegate information are shared with our event sponsors, supporters and exhibitors. The information we share with them includes name, email, company and job title. By signing up to attend this event you acknowledge that you make a choice to share this information and if you select the opt-in data will be shared.
