Course aim

This course aims to raise your awareness of basic cyber security measures you should do, to protect yourself and family at home.

Who should take this course?

This training is suitable for all staff to ensure consistent awareness of Cyber Security, as part of either an induction or annual training. This course can be taken as part of an information Security or Cyber Resilience training programme or as a standalone course to raise awareness amongst your staff for data breaches.

Course content

The course covers the following components;

Passwords
Two (Multi) – Factor Authentication
Device and application updates
Backing up data
Securing home broadband and WiFi

Interactive modules and an assessment at the end are included. On successful completion a certificate is provided via pdf, which provides evidence of competence training. The course certificate expires 12 months from issue.
